Frederico is Do iT Lean’s CEO and co-founder. His primary focus is on the day to day operations of the company. With a strong technical background he is always available for technical and architectural discussions. After leaving Oracle, where he was a founding member of the Portuguese team, he landed at OutSystems where he ran world wide services until leaving for Do iT Lean. When not steering the Do iT Lean ship you can find Frederico playing a game of chess, listening to music or doing some hobby programming on his latest project.

Catarina is the Chief Marketing Officer of Do iT Lean. Her passion is sharing the amazing success stories of our customers and promoting the expertise of our team. Catarina has spent the past 17+ years marketing in the app dev space. She joined OutSystems back in 2007 and most recently was at Kony, giving her a unique perspective to the low-code market. Originally from Portugal, she now calls Austin, TX home and is still trying to figure out how to keep Austin weird. You may cross paths with her when traveling as she is often spotted crossing the pond or chasing her family around the globe.

Pedro is Do iT Lean’s COO and co-founder. He assures that every project is scoped and architected according to Do iT Lean’s best practices. He was employee number 10 at OutSystems back in early 2002 where he helped deliver the very first application built with the platform. Pedro likes to go fast so OutSystems is a natural fit. When not behind the keyboard he is finding another way to feed his need for speed on a surf or snowboard, riding motocross or jumping from an airplane. Of course he occasionally taps the brakes to attend his children's rugby or gymnastics events.

Marta Barbosa is Do iT Lean’s CFO. She has a management degree and MBA in Finance and has spent the past 26 years in the financial world, working as an auditor and CFO in several companies like KPMG, McDonald’s Corporation, Timwe, OutSystems and OZ Energia.  She also took her chance as an entrepreneur. When not “having fun” with numbers Marta may be found travelling, spending time with friends and family or watching a good tv series.

Nuno Teles is Do iT Lean’s CCO. He spends his days working closely with the organization to have everyone relentlessly focused on delivering the business goals that customers seek. He is a firm believer that the future of digital ecosystems is a combination of best of breed COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) smartly extended and glued by modern custom code technologies like OutSystems. He spent 14 years in OutSystems transforming the custom code space. Beyond the excitement of following the professional transformations that customers go through, Teles loves technology, science, skiing, mountain biking and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

Mike is the General Manager for Americas where he helps new and existing customers get the most from their relationship with Do iT Lean. Mike has spent the majority of his 25+ year career in application development with 8.5 years at OutSystems where he met many of the Do iT Lean team members. While now living in the US Mike loves to travel and has had the opportunity to live in places like Australia and Portugal. As a lover of wine he has become especially fond of the many amazing bottles produced in Portugal.

Shashank is the General Manager for India, where he heads the business relationships with new and existing customers and ensures they get the value for their investments. He has over 19 years of experience in designing and building innovative business solutions. Shashank is passionate about technology and has 9+ years of experience working with the OutSystems modern application development platform. He has strong experience in delivering enterprise applications and building technology teams. When not on work, he enjoy spending time with family, loves playing and watching Cricket.

Syed Noor is the General Manager of Malaysia, where he heads the business relationship for new and existing customers and deliver value proposition with good understanding of the customer’s expectations. He has over 13 years of experience in IT sales across nations with a stern attitude of capturing new accounts and incremental sales with the existing accounts. He has better understanding of ASEAN Market for more than 8 years. When not at work, you can find him exploring new places and foods. Also, often find him in gym, cycling and swimming. 

Rita is Do iT Lean’s Head of People. Years ago, she accidently landed a psychology degree and quickly realized that helping companies uncover hidden talent, search for the uniqueness in each individual and unleash people’s potential was her passion. She has spent the past 20+ years working in consultancy, services and IT companies and added two postgraduate degrees focused on Human Resources and Management to her experience. Rita spends most of her free time trying to keep up with her teenage kids, but she also manages time for some of her favorite things - eat, drink and travel. And she still dreams about the day she will be reading 2 books every month!

Patrícia is the Head of Digital Experience and has 20+ years solving people and customer’s problems by seeing the world through their eyes. A designer since always, she’s always eager to discover and explore Lean User Experience (UX) Design approaches, using Design Thinking processes. From an early age Patrícia realized her passion was, and still is, making people happy. When not designing Digital Experiences, Patrícia is trying out new restaurants or creating memorable tasting experiences for her family, friends, and dog.

Tiago is our Head of Technology and has 20+ years of experience in helping deliver enterprise grade applications. He is a passionate expert in the use of OutSystems where he worked for 8.5 years going back to 2005. Since then he has helped Do iT Lean’s customers deliver amazing applications to drive their digital transformation efforts. According to Tiago, he is very fast delivering solutions using OutSystems, but even faster when he has laced up his running shoes and hits the road.

Vera leads our delivery efforts in the Americas and has over 10 years of experience delivering applications using OutSystems. She is an Agile enthusiast and has helped many clients successfully adopt an agile way of working on their road to digital transformation. When not pushing her teams you can find her chasing her many passions which include vegan food, dancing, skiing and snuggling with her French Bulldog.

Miguel leads our delivery efforts in the EMEA region and has over 25 years of experience in IT. For the last 15 years he helped deliver projects with the OutSystems platform and agile methodologies. He strongly believes that the best way to help clients get greater value and the most out of the OutSystems platform is following Do iT Lean's Agile methodology and the OutSystems best practices. Miguel trains and plays veteran rugby and the variant, touch rugby and is always on for a friendly poker game.

Joao Gomes is our Head of Delivery for APAC. Joao has been helping customers maximise their investments on the OutSystems platform since 2003. Joao has worn many hats at OutSystems and Do iT Lean, including tech lead, project manager, head of services, sales engineering lead and partner manager. Outside of work, Joao is passionate about unconventional functional training, Krav Maga, and scuba diving.
