Meet Our Sales Team
Sérgio is our Sales Manager for EMEA and has 40+ years of experience in Technology. Started his career as a programmer in the old days when machines didn’t have screens and had a path that went through various roles to the role of CIO in Multinationals. In 2005, fascinated by low-code, he embraced a Sales career at OutSystems, and in 2019, he decided to integrate the Do iT Lean team, to help the expansion in Europe, helping companies drive their digital transformation.
Raquel Abrantes has been helping organizations embrace the new digital era for the past 20+ years with a primary focus on Europe, Africa, and Brazil. Raquel’s goal is and always has been to support customers reinventing themselves by transforming outdated processes into modern, user-friendly applications. Besides her passion for tech, she is a history enthusiast and an avid reader of mystery novels.
Christoph Mund is Business Development Executive at Do iT Lean and responsible for expanding the company's footprint within the DACH-region. Christoph started his career at Rocket Internet by building a B2C-ecommerce startup in Tehran/Iran. Before moving into software he worked in executive education, advising clients on leadership- and cultural transformation initiatives. Christoph holds a Ph.D. in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Gallen. In his spare time you will find him engaged in all kinds of sport activities or working on his fishing techniques around one of Berlin's lakes, which unfortunately to this point has not delivered the success he expected.
Born and raised in Munich, my career started by building a B2C-ecommerce company with three other co-founders in Iran. I have spent the last years in executive education, helping individuals and companies transform their leadership abilities and corporate culture.
Tom Sweeney is Do iT Lean’s Sales Manager for the East region in the USA. His primary focus is working with organizations to maximize their investments on the OutSystems platform. Tom has spent nine years advising companies on speeding up software delivery cycles. Before Do iT Lean, Tom worked at OutSystems, helping customers build strategies to adopt low code at scale. Outside of work, Tom is passionate about spending time outdoors with friends and family and, if he gets the time, working on his golf game.
Matt is the Regional Manager for the West/Central United States where he works hand in hand with clients to understand their needs & identify efficient delivery services that further their OutSystems investment. Matt has spent 8 years in IT, the last 6 in low-code (4+ with OutSystems directly). When not working with clients, Matt loves to get outdoors & explore his home state of Colorado. As an avid sports fan, if Matt isn’t outdoors, then you’re likely to find him watching his favorite teams.
Michael O'Connor is Do iT Lean's Sales Manager for the West region of the United States where he works in tandem with clients to grasp their needs and identify streamlined delivery services that propel their investment in OutSystems. Michael has 8 years of experience in IT and software, with 5 years of direct exposure to the OutSystem's environment. Outside of the meeting room Michael can be found playing basketball or reading classic novels.
Ryan Harris is Do iT Lean's Sales Manager for the Southeast region in the U.S. His focus is on helping companies utilize the OutSystems platform to drive efficiency, boost customer experience, and gain a competitive edge in the market. Ryan has spent 5+ years working in the SaaS sector, most notably his experience at OutSystems helping customers adopt low-code. Outside of work, Ryan is passionate about fitness, spending time with family, and fueling his golf obsession
Syed Noor is the General Manager of Malaysia, where he heads the business relationship for new and existing customers and deliver value proposition with good understanding of the customer’s expectations. He has over 13 years of experience in IT sales across nations with a stern attitude of capturing new accounts and incremental sales with the existing accounts. He has better understanding of ASEAN Market for more than 8 years. When not at work, you can find him exploring new places and foods. Also, often find him in gym, cycling and swimming.
