Do iT Lean Americas Turns One and We’re Celebrating!

It’s amazing how time flies when you are having fun! I can’t believe our North American subsidiary is one year old. And what a year it has been. With all the changes and challenges surrounding COVID, I still look back and realize it was a FUN year! We have added some amazing new customers and of course all of our existing customers, after a bit of COVID caution, are all back hard at work driving their digital efforts.

In 2020 Do iT Lean’s global customers won the lion’s share of Innovation Awards at the first-ever virtual OutSystems NextStep event. Congrats to all of our winning customers – Shawcor, Pokémon and Certis Group! We also had the pleasure of hosting webinars with some of our customers like Chevron, CSA Group and Yak Mat where we highlighted their amazing projects, working approaches to innovation and how they are maximizing their investment in OutSystems. My favorite customer comment from the last 12 months was ‘Your developers are fearless!’ Last but not least, our customers have given us an average CSAT rating of 4.9 out of 5 on the OutSystems Customer Satisfaction Program.

This first year also marked some amazing internal growth. We added both a Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer to our executive team. The North American team also added sales support in both the East and Central regions which is helping fuel our growth and make sure our customers are meeting their digital objectives. We launched our Sync iT and Rocket UI tools and our delivery team has expanded to support customer demand.

As we look to the next 12 months you will see us continue to invest in innovative ways to assure the solutions we deliver exceed our customers’ expectations. We have formalized our internal OutSystems CoE, perfected our QA process and continue to add best practices across our delivery teams around things like architecture dashboard and design thinking. 

Thanks to all our customers and team members who made the first year for Do iT Lean Americas fun and amazing! I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months have in store.
